IMPORTANT NOTE: Your flight arrival/departure details plus guest numbers are required

as part of your hotel booking form.  If you will be booking your flights later

then you are required to call/email The OzAccom Group with your flight details

no later than 14 days prior to arrival on the island.

How To Book

1. SPECIAL CANCELLATION NOTE: Please note the cancellation policy -
   
   * Full cancellation received by The OzAccom Group between 1 July and 29 September will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night accommodation.
   
   * Full or part cancellation received by The OzAccom Group from 30 September 2009 onwards will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation value.
   
   All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to The OzAccom Group direct.
    

2. Specially discounted room rates have been negotiated for MasterClass participants for stays at selected Hamilton Island properties. Only bookings that are made with The OzAccom Group are eligible for the discounted rates.

3. The OzAccom Group will take and manage your accommodation booking for Hamilton Island.
   All queries regarding accommodation, including requests for cancellation, changes, etc should be directed to them in the first instance.

4. Payment of one night's accommodation is required at time of booking, with the remainder to be settled with the hotel upon departure.  Please contact The OzAccom Group if you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in advance.

5. A Booking Confirmation will be forwarded outlining your booking details, including check in/out times, policy regarding changes & cancellation, fees, etc.  If you don't receive your Booking Confirmation within 5 days of booking, you should contact The OzAccom Group to find out why.

6. You are required to advise your flight arrival/departure details to The OzAccom Group no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

7. Booking Deadline: 30 September 2009
   Bookings made after this date will be subject to availability.

8. All rooms are subject to availability.
